Pony Trek in Nepal

Our company offers pony trek mostly in the western region, normally around Pokhara and also to the hinterlands of Dolpa and Lo Manthang (Mustang) Pony treks provide a fascinating way to experience the mountains of Nepal. For those who cannot take the strain of daily hiking and those who want respite on long treks.

Pony ride to Sarangkot (2 days)

Day 01 . After breakfast we set off for pony ride, stay overnight at hotel at Sarangkot. Our guide arranges an excursion around in the evening for beautiful sunset view under the backdrop of Annapurna Mountains. The best time for photo snapping.

Day 02. Early in the morning once again you will get a chance to view the beautiful sunrise from the viewpoint. After breakfast we ride down to Phewa lake site and make our way to Pokhara. The pony ride trip will be wonderful and full of fun watching buffaloes visiting the end of the lake, rich fields experiencing local culture.

Around Jomsom/ Muktinath (6 days)

Day 01. Fly to Jomsom, pony ride to kagbeni, stay overnight at teahouse lodges on the trial. We will visit the main place of interest around and landscape of kagbeni offers best photographic opportunities.

Day 02. After breakfast we will proceed Muktinath, visit holy pilgrimage site and observe the beautiful mountain views on the way.

Day 03. We will get back to Jomsom and fly back to Pokhara or make a longer program.

Day 04. Early morning we will make airport transfer &fly back to Kathmandu.
